Confluence is growing in Jerusalem with forthcoming Easter. Armenians and Asian Greeks from Karamia, Syria, Egypt together with Georgians crowds there. All the City get on the go, especially on the Great Saturday - the day of holy light appearance. The opinions on appearance of holy light differ between dwellers of Jerusalem. All candles are blown out throughout the church [of Holy Sepulcher, where the Holy Sepulcher of Lord Jesus is situated] in the presence of a Muslim and Armenian clergy - except catholic ownership. Greek archbishop, alone, get into Kuvuklia and gather by cotton paper the light, which appears on the marble sepulcher-top alike dew. Others say that the light appears in form of bright non-burning flame, and that it may be put in a vessel by hands harmlessly. Monk Melety write, that the light glitters on the sepulcher-top as scattered fine bead of different colors, which gathering flushs up. Catholics do not want believe in this phenomenon. Be that as it may, Archbishop carry out burning candles from the cave to the chapel of Angel and put them into small windows: on one side - to Armenians, ands on the other side - to Orthodox. From them the Fire, like a river (as Melety says) runs through the church. All this occurs with shouts: "There is no faith except Christ faith!"
